Door uitbreiding van onze werkzaamheden zijn we voor ons salesteam zijn we op zoek naar een nieuw collega die ons helpt onze verdere groei te realiseren. In jouw rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitrekenen van projecten en het tijdig uitbrengen van offertes. Je richt je zowel op kleine- als grootschalige projecten. Je werkdag start samen met je collega's op kantoor, waar je de binnengekomen aanvragen bespreekt.. Daarna bepaal je het benodigde bemalingssysteem aan de hand van de bijbehorende documenten. Missen er gegevens of heb je vragen? Dan leg je contact met de klant om de benodigde informatie te verkrijgen. Indien nodig ga je met de klant naar de projectlocatie toe om het project door te spreken om zo een nóg betere offerte te kunnen maken. Vervolgens maak je een berekening van de kosten die nodig zijn om het project goed te kunnen uitvoeren. Nadat alle gegevens zijn verwerkt, stel je de offerte op. Na afronding hiervan bespreek je de offerte met de Sales Manager en verstuur je deze naar de klant. Je werkt in het verkoopsysteem alle data bij en maakt een notitie met wanneer je contact opneemt met de klant. Vlak voor het einde van de werkdag krijg je het goede bericht van een andere klant, die opdracht wil geven voor de bemaling. De klant vraagt of de voorbereidende werkzaamheden, zoals het schrijven van een bemalingsplan, kunnen starten.
