Jij bent als Calculator Koeltechniek binnen de afdeling Service & Onderhoud verantwoordelijk voor het calculeren en onderbouwen van servicecontracten, onderhoudsprojecten en reparaties. Jij speelt een cruciale rol in het vertalen van klantbehoeften naar kosteneffectieve en technisch haalbare oplossingen voor het onderhoud en de optimalisatie van koel- en vriesinstallaties en koelmeubelen. Dankzij jouw analytische blik, technische kennis en financieel inzicht zorgen we ervoor dat onze klanten altijd kunnen rekenen op betrouwbare en efficiënte koeltechniek. Jouw rol: Als Calculator Koeltechniek in de afdeling Service & Onderhoud ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van offertes, kostprijsberekeningen en financiële onderbouwing voor onderhoudscontracten, reparaties en servicewerkzaamheden. Je zorgt ervoor dat elk project technisch en financieel in balans is, zodat onze klanten de beste service krijgen tegen de beste prijs. Wat ga je doen? Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Vertalen van klantwensen naar technisch en financieel haalbare service- en onderhoudsoplossingen - Analyseren van technische tekeningen, schema's en servicegegevens voor bestaande koelinstallaties - Bepalen van benodigde materialen, onderdelen en arbeidsuren voor onderhoud, reparaties en upgrades - Aanvragen, beoordelen en vergelijken van offertes van leveranciers voor onderdelen en servicewerkzaamheden - Opstellen van kostprijsberekeningen en offertes voor servicecontracten, onderhoudsbeurten en noodgevallen - Vastleggen en documenteren van calculaties en projectgegevens in ons ERP-systeem (Syntess Atrium) - Afstemmen met service monteurs, projectleiders, klanten en leveranciers om een soepele uitvoering te waarborgen - Signaleren ...
