FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Als Calculator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en analyseren van prijsoffertes op basis van technische dossiers. Je vormt de schakel tussen de aanvraag van de klant en de praktische uitvoering op de werf.

Je taken omvatten:

  • opstellen van prijsoffertes op basis van technische prijsaanvragen
  • uitvoeren van technische analyses van projecten
  • berekenen van materiaal-, transport- en arbeidskosten
  • inschatten van werkuren en projectkosten
  • samenwerken met projectleiders, werfverantwoordelijken en calculatieverantwoordelijke
  • ondersteunen van verschillende disciplines zoals isolatie, stellingbouw, tracing en schilderwerken
  • opvolgen en optimaliseren van calculatieprocessen
  • meewerken aan een correcte en competitieve prijszetting.

Functie

Wij zoeken een gemotiveerd en leergierig profiel met interesse in techniek en berekeningen.

  • technisch inzicht en analytisch denkvermogen
  • motivatie om nieuwe kennis op te bouwen
  • klantgericht en communicatief sterk
  • zelfstandig kunnen werken, maar ook teamgericht
  • ervaring is niet vereist (opleiding wordt voorzien)
  • open mindset en interesse in de bouw- en industriesector
