Als Calculator Industriële Bouwprojecten vorm je een cruciale schakel tussen de commerciële en uitvoerende afdelingen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van nauwkeurige kostenbegrotingen voor complexe industriële bouwprojecten. Dit vraagt niet alleen om technisch inzicht en rekenvaardigheden, maar ook om commercieel bewustzijn en een strategische benadering van het calculatieproces. Je werkt nauw samen met werkvoorbereiders, projectleiders en inkopers om tot de meest concurrerende en realistische calculaties te komen. Je dagelijkse werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Het analyseren en interpreteren van bestekken, tekeningen en andere projectdocumentatie; - Het opvragen en beoordelen van offertes bij onderaannemers en leveranciers; - Het opstellen van gedetailleerde kostenbegrotingen voor aanbestedingen en offertetrajecten; - Het signaleren van risico's en kansen binnen projecten en deze financieel vertalen; - Het ondersteunen van het tenderteam tijdens aanbestedingstrajecten; - Het adviseren over kostenbesparende alternatieven en optimalisaties; - Het overdragen van calculaties aan het uitvoeringsteam bij gegunde projecten Binnen deze functie krijg je volop kans om door te groeien. Je kunt je ontwikkelen tot senior calculator met specialisatie in specifieke marktsegmenten, of doorgroeien naar een rol als hoofd calculatie. Ook zijn er mogelijkheden richting tendermanagement of projectleiding, waarbij je kennis van de financiële kant van projecten een sterke basis vormt.
