Onze klant is een gevestigde specialist binnen industriële verwarming, sanitair & ventilatie. De firma levert diensten van A tot Z en dit vooral binnen de tertiaire sector en grotere bouwprojecten. Desondanks de coronacrisis, sloeg de firma erin om de blijven groeien. Omwille hiervan investeren ze vandaag in nieuwe talent en verwelkomen ze graag een gedreven calculator met commerciële ingesteldheid..

Jobomschrijving

Als calculator word je verantwoordelijk voor afwisselende projecten op vlak van sanitair & Verwarming.

Samen met de projectleider vertaal je de wens van de klant in een concrete oplossing met daaraan gekoppelde offerte. Je analyseert de aanvraag met bijhorend lastenboek en buigt je over de materiaalkeuze, de nieuwste technologieën, alsook energie-efficiënte toepassingen. In lijn met het vooropgestelde budget stel je een voorstel op en onderbouw je je keuzes met cijfermateriaal en feiten.

Je verdedigt keuze en tracht de klant te overtuigen om met jou in zee te gaan. Waar nodig pas je het voorstel aan op basis van hun feedback.

Je werkt vooral vanop het hoofdkantoor, maar verplaatst je frequent naar klanten/werven.

Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor richting energietechnologie, - management of aanverwant. Hierdoor heb je al een goede kennis van HVAC & Sanitair-toepassingen en ben je goed op de hoogte van de recentste technologieën. Ben je een technieker binnen de sector met commerciële flair en cijfermatig aanleg? Waag dan ook zeker je kans – de firma investeert graag in talent.

Belangrijk is een sterke interesse en inzicht in HVAC-techniek. Daarnaast ben je een analytisch persoon die vlot overweg kan met cijfers en komma’s. Je werkt daarnaast graag resultaatsgericht en kan werk op een georganiseerde manier volbrengen. Een vlotte kennis van MS-office ontbreek je niet, alsook de wil om te leren.

Tot slot kun je vlot spreken en schrijven in het Nederlands.
