  • Je neemt de leiding in het contact met leveranciers en onderaannemers om de scherpste tarieven te onderhandelen, zonder daarbij de kwaliteit uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Jouw dag draait om het adviseren van prospecten, waarbij je technische uitdagingen ombuigt naar slimme oplossingen die perfect passen binnen hun budget.
  • Je stelt gedetailleerde offertes op die je vervolgens met de nodige overtuigingskracht en dossierkennis presenteert tijdens commerciële gesprekken bij de klant.
  • Als Calculator Verkoper werk je nauw samen met de directie om de commerciële strategie te verfijnen en nieuwe marktkansen in de regio te verzilveren.

Profiel

  • Een gezonde dosis bouwtechnisch inzicht is essentieel om de technische haalbaarheid van projecten correct in te schatten.
  • Ervaring met calculatiesoftware of een sterke affiniteit met cijfers helpt je om snel en accuraat te schakelen in deze functie.
