De functie inhoud Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Calculator Villabouw regio Brugge?

  • Je analyseert nieuwe en bestaande villabouwprojecten van bij de start en legt de kostenbasis vast voor een vlotte projectopstart.
  • Je stelt gedetailleerde meetstaten op en detecteert proactief onvolledigheden of afwijkingen in bestaande documenten.
  • Je vraagt offertes op bij leveranciers en onderaannemers en bewaakt de opvolging hiervan nauwgezet.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleider en draagt alle calculatiegegevens helder en tijdig over zodat elk project vlot kan opstarten.
  • Je bewaakt de cijfermatige nauwkeurigheid doorheen het volledige traject en draagt zo bij aan een correcte kostenbewaking per project.
