Wat zijn je taken?

  • Advies en ondersteuning bieden: Je denkt mee met de projectleiding en het management en geeft kostentechnisch advies waar nodig.
  • Kostprijsberekeningen opstellen: Je analyseert plannen en bestekken en werkt gedetailleerde calculaties uit voor openbare en private projecten, waarbij ook sporadische plaatsbezoeken tot het takenpakket behoren.
  • Prijsinformatie verzamelen: In samenwerking met de afdeling werkvoorbereiding ga je in overleg met leveranciers en onderaannemers om correcte en marktconforme prijzen te bekomen.
  • Calculatieproces verbeteren: Je werkt actief mee aan de optimalisatie van onze werkwijze en rekent vlot met Navision of Business Central.

Opleiding & ervaring

  • Bachelor of master bouwkunde, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Meerdere jaren ervaring als calculator in de infrastructuur- of wegenbouwsector.
  • Grondige kennis van kostprijsberekening, bestekken en plannen.

Vaardigheden & kennis

  • Vlot kunnen werken met calculatiesoftware (kennis van Navision of Business Central is een sterke troef).
  • Analytisch sterk, nauwkeurig en cijfermatig onderlegd.
  • Bekend met het opvragen en vergelijken van prijzen bij leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Procesgericht en in staat om werkmethodes te optimaliseren.

Persoonlijke eigenschappen

  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken, maar ook een echte teamspeler.
  • Proactief, oplossingsgericht en communicatief sterk.
  • Betrouwbaar en resultaatgericht met oog voor detail.

Taal & mobiliteit

  • Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Bereidheid om sporadisch plaatsbezoeken te doen (regio Vlaanderen, zonder lange verplaatsingen).
