Voor onze dochteronderneming Siebens Spoorbouw zoeken we een Calculator/werkvoorbereider.

Wat kost een project, en hoe zorg je voor een vlot verloop? Met die vragen ben jij elke dag bezig.

· Calculatie (50%)

o Je leest offerteaanvragen en technische documenten grondig na.

o Je berekent de kostprijs van projecten en interventies en bepaalt hoeveel materiaal en mankracht er nodig is.

o Je vraagt prijzen op bij leveranciers en onderaannemers en vergelijkt hun voorstellen, zowel technisch als financieel.

· Voorbereiding (50%)

o Je stelt werkdossiers samen en gaat indien nodig ter plaatse kijken.

o Je zorgt voor de juiste mensen en materiaal op de werf.

o Je vraagt technische fiches op bij leveranciers en plaatst bestellingen, die je ook opvolgt.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een technisch bachelordiploma of een eerste ervaring in het vak:
  • Bachelor in bijvoorbeeld bouwkunde, elektromechanica, mechanica of landmeetkunde
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt graag overzicht. Cijfers en plannen schrikken je niet af.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar je weet ook wanneer je beter even overlegt met een collega.
  • Met klanten en leveranciers communiceer je vlot.
  • Het is mooi meegenomen als je al ervaring hebt met:
  • Calculatie of werkvoorbereiding in bouw of infrastructuur
  • AutoCAD
  • Technische plannen lezen
  • Contacten met leveranciers en onderaannemers

Nog nooit in de spoorsector gewerkt? Geen probleem. We zoeken vooral iemand met technisch inzicht en de motivatie om het vak te leren. Tijdens je inwerkperiode staan ervaren collega's naast je.
