Ben jij sterk met cijfers én vind je het leuk om projecten technisch goed voor te bereiden? Als Medior Calculator / Werkvoorbereider Civiele Techniek in Gorinchem combineer je beide werelden. Je werkt aan projecten binnen mobiliteit, verkeer, openbare ruimte en gebiedsontwikkeling en bent betrokken vanaf de eerste raming tot aan de voorbereiding richting uitvoering. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan de herinrichting van een complete woonwijk waarbij rijbanen worden vernieuwd, parkeerplaatsen opnieuw worden ingedeeld, fietsroutes worden verbeterd en nieuwe riolering, wadi's en groenvoorzieningen worden aangelegd. Jij rekent het werk door, bepaalt hoeveelheden, denkt mee over technische oplossingen en zorgt vervolgens dat het project goed voorbereid naar buiten kan. Wat ga je doen Als Calculator / Werkvoorbereider Civiele Techniek ben je zowel financieel als technisch betrokken bij projecten. In de calculatiefase zorg je voor betrouwbare ramingen en begrotingen. Daarna vertaal je deze informatie naar een praktische voorbereiding voor de uitvoering. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - opstellen van kostprijsberekeningen, ramingen en begrotingen voor civieltechnische projecten; - uittrekken en controleren van hoeveelheden vanuit tekeningen en ontwerpen; - voorbereiden van werkzaamheden rondom wegen, riolering, verhardingen en openbare ruimte ; - aanvragen, vergelijken en beoordelen van offertes van leveranciers en onderaannemers; - opstellen en bewaken van werkplanningen, projectdocumentatie en technische voorbereidingsstukken; - signaleren van risico's, kostenafwijkingen en mogelijke optimalisaties; - afstemmen met ontwerpers, verkeerskundigen, projectleiders en uitvoerende partijen.
