Wij zijn op zoek naar een gedreven Werkvoorbereider/Calculator voor een toonaangevende opdrachtgever. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de nauwkeurige voorbereiding en coördinatie van projecten, met een focus op zowel de planning als de uitvoering. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere: - Hoeveelheden Berekenen: Je berekent hoeveelheden op basis van bestekken, technische omschrijvingen en tekeningen, waarbij je zorgt voor een precieze en betrouwbare vaststelling. - Risicoanalyse: Je identificeert mogelijke risico's en ontwikkelt strategieën om deze te beheersen en te minimaliseren. - Calculaties Voorbereiden: Je maakt gedetailleerde calculaties voor begrotingen en offertes, en zorgt ervoor dat alle kosten nauwkeurig worden ingeschat. - Aanbestedingsdocumenten: Je stelt de benodigde documentatie samen voor aanbestedingen en zorgt voor een correcte indiening. - Werkvoorbereiding: Je organiseert en coördineert de werkvoorbereiding voor een of meerdere projecten, inclusief het opstellen van specificaties, projectplanningen en begrotingen. - Contractbeheer: Je ontwikkelt betalingsschema's en regelt contracten met leveranciers en onderaannemers, zodat alle afspraken goed worden vastgelegd. - Projectdossiers: Je zorgt voor een gestructureerd beheer van projectdossiers en waarborgt een efficiënte projectadministratie. - Financiële Informatie: Je verstrekt belangrijke informatie aan de financiële administratie ter ondersteuning van een helder financieel overzicht. - Opdrachtgevers en Marktontwikkelingen: Je onderhoudt contacten met opdrachtgevers en houdt de laatste ontwikkelingen in de markt in de gaten om relevante trends en wijzigingen te volgen.
