Calculator / werkvoorbereider bouw Als calculator /werkvoorbereider combineer je twee belangrijke onderdelen van het bouwproces. Aan de voorkant zorg je voor een goede calculatie en breng je in kaart wat nodig is om een project te realiseren. Vervolgens blijf je betrokken en vertaal je de opdracht naar een praktische voorbereiding voor de uitvoering. Alle opdrachten betreffen renovatieprojecten. De projecten variëren in omvang tot max. €1 miljoen. Doordat je in een klein team werkt, zijn de lijnen kort en krijg je veel ruimte om zaken zelfstandig op te pakken. Je zit dus niet alleen achter je bureau: waar nodig ga je ook naar projecten om te zien wat er buiten speelt. Wat ga je doen? - Calculaties opstellen voor binnenkomende aanvragen; - Projectstukken beoordelen en bepalen wat nodig is voor de uitvoering; - Offertes aanvragen, beoordelen en vergelijken; - Contact onderhouden met leveranciers en onderaannemers; - Materialen bestellen en leveringen afstemmen; - Bouwmappen en projectinformatie voorbereiden; - Zorgen dat collega's bij de start van een project over de juiste informatie beschikken; - Ondersteunen bij vragen tijdens de uitvoering; - Regelmatig schakelen met collega's over planning en voortgang. Over de opdrachtgever Onze opdrachtgever is een bouwbedrijf dat werkt aan uiteenlopende renovatieprojecten. Binnen de organisatie wordt gewerkt met een klein team en zijn de lijnen kort. Hierdoor ben je als calculator /werkvoorbereider nauw betrokken bij verschillende fases van een project en krijg je veel ruimte om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen. De organisatie biedt ook mogelijkheden aan mensen die zich nog verder in het vak willen ontwikkelen. Naarmate je kennis en ervaring toenemen, kun je meer verantwoordelijkheid krijgen en doorgroeien binnen de organisatie.
