The posting

In de rol van Calculator / Werkvoorbereider Installatietechniek werk je aan kostprijsbegrotingen en voorbereiding van werkzaamheden binnen verschillende contractvormen in de installatietechniek. Je hebt contact met opdrachtgevers gedurende het hele traject, van opname tot en met oplevering.

Je beoordeelt aanvragen, stemt technische oplossingen af en zorgt dat werkzaamheden goed voorbereid en uitvoerbaar zijn. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met monteurs, onderaannemers en collega's binnen het team.

Jouw werkzaamheden als Calculator / Werkvoorbereider Installatietechniek: - Onderzoeken en toetsen van de haalbaarheid van projecten

- Opstellen van voorstellen en calculaties

- Ontwerpen, begroten, offreren en begeleiden van werkzaamheden op het gebied van revisie, onderhoud en nieuwe installaties

- Coördineren van monteurs en onderaannemers

Functie-eisen Voor deze functie breng je het volgende mee:

- Een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding in een technische richting, bijvoorbeeld MIT

- Aanvullende vakgerichte opleidingen zijn een plus

- Werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie

- Duidelijke communicatie richting opdrachtgevers en collega's
