Vestal Kun jij werkzaamheden strak organiseren en goed begroten? Voor Vestal, het vastgoedbeheerbedrijf binnen de Alders Groep, zoeken we een calculator en werkvoorbereider. Werken bij Vestal VGM Vestal VGM, gevestigd in Veendam, Groningen, beheert vastgoed in de provincie Groningen. Wij zijn momenteel een klein team dat op zoek is naar versterking. Bij Vestal krijg je een afwisselende functie met verantwoordelijkheid, korte lijnen, goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden en een salaris dat past bij je ervaring. Wie zoeken wij? We zoeken iemand met hbo Bouwkunde of mbo Bouwkunde niveau 4. Dit laatste in combinatie met relevante werkervaring. Je denkt praktisch, werkt zelfstandig en vindt een afwisselende werkplek leuk. Je voelt je comfortabel bij het opstellen van calculaties, begrotingen en offertes. Je rol: Je werkt aan collectief en projectmatig onderhoud, met een stevige focus op de verduurzaming van onze vastgoedportefeuille. Je gaat naar locaties toe om de nodige werkzaamheden te beoordelen. Je bereidt de uitvoering voor en stemt af met vakmensen en leveranciers. Bij oplevering controleer je de kwaliteit van het werk. Interesse?
