Wat jij als ervaren werkvoorbereider gaat uitvoeren:

Vanzelfsprekend kan jij: aanvragen van klanten beoordelen, zorg je voor de inkopen en voorbereiding van de projecten. Ook verzorg jij opnames en vraag je offertes op onderaannemers en leveranciers. Jij bepaalt de kostprijs en werkt de calculatie uit van het planmatig onderhoud, de energetische projecten en het schilderwerk (kozijnvervanging, glas, houtrotsanering). Deze vertaal jij in een nauwkeurige werkbegroting en planning. Jij bent per project verantwoordelijk voor de financiële/budgettaire verslaglegging, projectadministratie, coördinatie en nacalculatie.

Je beschikt over MBO+ werk- en denkniveau, hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met een soortgelijke functie bij een schildersbedrijf of aannemer in de vastgoedzorg. Jij bent stressbestendig en klantgericht, analytisch, resultaatgericht, digitaal vaardig, probleemoplossend, en hebt een professionele werkhouding. Jij bent flexibel inzetbaar. Er wordt van jou verwacht dat jij een echte teamplayer bent, maar ook volledig zelfstandig kunt werken.
