Functie inhoud Als junior calculator ondersteun je het calculatieteam bij het opstellen van begrotingen en kostenramingen voor woning- en utiliteitsprojecten. Je beoordeelt offertes van leveranciers, verwerkt gegevens in calculatiemodellen en signaleert risico's en kansen. Je leert hoe technische tekeningen en bestekken vertaald worden naar financiële inzichten en draagt zo bij aan het tijdig en financieel haalbaar voorbereiden van projecten. Binnen dit hechte team krijg je ruimte om te leren, initiatief te tonen en door te groeien naar een zelfstandige calculatiefunctie.
