Functie inhoud Werk je inmiddels een aantal jaar als calculator binnen de bouw en ben je toe aan een nieuwe werkomgeving? Zou je graag binnen een andere organisatie, nieuwe en uitdagende woningbouwprojecten onder je verantwoordelijkheid hebben? Dan zou deze specifieke rol als calculator bij onze opdrachtgever interessant voor je kunnen zijn! Je krijgt in je functie veel mogelijkheden om je verder te ontwikkelen en ontplooien door middel van opleidingen en cursussen. In jouw takenpakket vallen onder andere het maken van optimale kostprijsramingen en -berekeningen, het aanvragen en vergelijken van offertes, het uittrekken van hoeveelheden en het doen van voorstellen wat betreft bezuinigingen en onderhandelingen.
