  • Bereken nauwkeurig de kostprijs voor infrastructuurprojecten, van grondwerken tot afwerking en technieken.
  • Vraag offertes op bij leveranciers en onderaannemers en analyseer deze kritisch om de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding te garanderen.
  • Onderzoek en analyseer bouwdossiers grondig om eventuele leemtes te identificeren en optimalisaties door te voeren.
  • Werk nauw samen met het projectteam om nauwkeurige en volledige begrotingen op te stellen voor openbare aanbestedingen.
  • Ondersteun de afdelingsverantwoordelijke bij het binnenhalen van nieuwe projecten door heldere, scherpe offertes aan te leveren.

Profiel

Als calculator beschik je over een combinatie van analytische en bouwtechnische vaardigheden:

  • Een diploma in het hoger onderwijs of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Bij voorkeur heb je enkele jaren ervaring in calculatie.
  • Je hebt een sterk bouwtechnisch inzicht en werkt nauwkeurig, methodisch en punctueel.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, blijft rustig onder druk en levert offertes tijdig af.
  • Goede kennis van MS Office en ervaring met calculatiesoftware.
  • Interesse om je bouwkundige kennis verder uit te breiden en verdiepen.
