- Bedrijven telefonisch benaderen die nog geen klant zijn bij Findajob

- Het gesprek openen, de juiste persoon te pakken krijgen en de behoefte aan personeel aftoetsen

- Onze diensten helder uitleggen: uitzendwerk, rekrutering en selectie

- Afspraken vastleggen voor de consultants, of vacatures rechtstreeks opnemen

- Je gesprekken en opvolging correct bijhouden in ons systeem

- Prospecten warm houden en op het juiste moment opnieuw contacteren

-Aantoonbare ervaring in cold calling, je hebt dit al gedaan en weet wat het vraagt

-Zelfverzekerd aan de telefoon: je blijft rustig bij een afwijzing en gaat door naar het volgende gesprek

-Commerciële mindset

-Doorzettingsvermogen: je weet dat het resultaat in de volumes zit

-Resultaatgericht, en je werkt graag naar concrete cijfers toe

-Ervaring in de uitzendsector is een pluspunt, geen vereiste
