Du bist kommunikativ, kundenorientiert und liebst es, anderen zu helfen? Dann suchen wir genau DICH! Als Call Center Agent (m/w/d) im B2C im öffentlichen Bereich, bei unserem Kunden, in einem dynamischen Team bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden und sorgst dafür, dass jedes Gespräch zu einem positiven Erlebnis wird.

* Freundliche und professionelle Bearbeitung eingehender Anrufe und schriftlicher Verkehr per Mail

* Kompetente Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Unternehmens-Kunden bei ihren Anliegen.

* Unterstützung bei der Fehleranalyse und Lösungssuche gemeinsam mit den Kunden am Telefon.

* Pflege von Kundendaten und Dokumentation der Gespräche.

Dein Profil

* Erste Erfahrungen im Callcenter oder Kundenservice notwendig.

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude am Telefonieren und Schriftverkehr.

* Hohe Servicebereitschaft und der Wunsch, den Kunden bestmöglich zu unterstützen.

* Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist.

* Kommunikationssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind ein Muss!

* Geregelte Arbeitszeiten Montag-Donnerstag 8:00-16:40; Freitag 8:00 - 14:30
