Ben jij een communicatief talent met een klantgerichte mindset? Wil je graag werken in de verzekeringssector? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou! Bij ons project GROWTH AXA zoeken we enthousiaste Customer Advisors die klaar zijn om onze klanten de beste service te bieden.

Kwalificatievragen:

  • Ben je perfect tweetalig in het Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk?
  • Heb je sterke communicatieve vaardigheden?
  • Ben je klantgericht en professioneel ingesteld?

Als Customer Advisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het behandelen van inkomende telefoongesprekken van klanten.
  • Het beantwoorden en opvolgen van e-mails.
  • Het professioneel verder helpen van klanten met vragen rond verzekeringen.
  • Het correct registreren en administratief opvolgen van klantendossiers.
  • Het bieden van een klantgerichte en efficiënte service.
  • Het communiceren in zowel het Nederlands als het Frans, mondeling en schriftelijk.

Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, verwachten we dat je voldoet aan de volgende vereisten. We focussen niet alleen op diploma's, maar vooral op jouw competenties en ervaring.

  • Je bent perfect tweetalig in het Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je werkt klantgericht en professioneel.
  • Je bent administratief nauwkeurig.
  • Je kunt vlot werken met computerprogramma’s.
  • Ervaring in customer service of de verzekeringssector is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent bereid om een schriftelijke taaltest in het Nederlands en Frans af te leggen.
  • Je kunt werken vanuit de site in Val Benoît (Luik).
