Wir suchen 1 Call Center Agent B2B - Customer Care (m/w/d) - Vollzeit Arbeitsort: Wien

Arbeitszeit: 40h/Woche, in der Rahmenarbeitszeit Mo.-Fr.: 7h-16h, nach Vereinbarung

Arbeitsbeginn: ab sofort

Dein Anforderungsprofil:

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zahlenaffinität, Engagement, Teamgeist und Freude am Umgang mit Kund_innen

* Fundierte Deutsch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Kommunikatives, selbstsicheres und freundliches Auftreten

* MS-Office- und CRM-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Erfahrung im Call-Center-Bereich/Helpdesk/Verkauf von Vorteil

Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

* Du kümmerst Dich um die Beratung und Erläuterung unserer Produkte und dahinter liegender Prozesse

* Du nimmst die Bestellungen unserer lizenzierten Kundinnen und Kunden auf

* Du erkennst Optimierungspotenzial in Prozessen und setzt diese um

* Du pflegst einen guten Draht zu unseren Kunden und die Betreuung macht Dir Spaß

* Du bearbeitest Kundenanfragen zu folgenden Themen: Produkt- und Portfolioinformation sowie Logistik- und Finanzagenden

* Du verwaltest unser Beschwerdemanagement und bietest kundenorientierte Lösungen

* Du bist für den Erfolg der Marke und die dazugehörige Distributionsförderung zuständig

Das zeichnet Dich aus:

* Du konntest idealerweise bereits Erfahrung im Call Center / Helpdesk / Verkauf sammeln

* Du bist eine offene, engagierte Persönlichkeit, die über Teamgeist und eine Affinität zu Zahlen verfügt

* Der_die Kund_in steht für Dich fest im Fokus und Du denkst über den Tellerrand hinaus

* Kommunikation ist Deine Stärke

* Du verfügst über fundierte Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Das Brutto-Einstiegsgehalt für 40h pro Woche beträgt EUR 2.035,00 zuzüglich individueller Prämien bei Zielerreichung. (Branchenübliche Überzahlung bei entsprechender Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist möglich.)
