Es ist unsere Berufung, mit Menschen zu reden. Aber wir vergessen nie, dass erst durch Zuhören ein Gespräch entsteht.

Im Jahr 2011 in Graz gegründet ist die HSP-Serviceline ein Call Center, welches in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Schwesterunternehmen der HSP Gruppe seinen Fokus auf die Unterstützung von Non-Profit-Organisationen, wie z. B. dem Österreichischen Roten Kreuz, legt.

Zudem bietet sie auch für Privatkunden eine einzigartige Bandbreite an, welche neben Hotline-Betreuung, Terminvereinbarungen, Informationskampagnen und anderen Telefonaktionen für den Profit-Bereich auch Büroservice, Nachrichten-Management und einen Post- bzw. Warenempfang umfasst.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 3 Call Center Mitarbeiter_innen

Voll- oder Teilzeit

Dabei ist uns besonders Redegewandtheit, Kundenfreundlichkeit, eine gute Arbeitsmoral und Zuverlässigkeit wichtig.

IHRE AUFGABEN:

* Beantworten eingehender Anrufe (1st-Level-Support)

* Weiterleiten von Spezialanliegen an die zuständigen Mitarbeiter_innen (per E-Mail)

* Auskunftserteilung zu bestehenden Leistungen und Produkten

* Terminvereinbarung

* Datenaktualisierung

* Telefonie mit Bestandsmitgliedern (m/w/x) verschiedener NGOs

* Durchführung von Welcome Calls im NGO-Bereich

IHR PROFIL:

- Gesprächskompetenz und sehr gutes sprachliches Ausdruckvermögen in Wort und Schrift

- Deutschkenntnisse unbedingt erforderlich

- Freude am Kundenkontakt/Telefonieren

- eine kunden-und lösungsorientierte Einstellung

- Erfahrung im Consulting-Bereich ist von Vorteil

- Leistungs- und Zielorientiertheit sowie hohe Zuverlässigkeit

- Lernbereitschaft, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und gute EDV-Kenntnisse

Gehalt:

das monatliche Bruttogehalt auf Vollzeitbasis (40h/Woche) beträgt 2.173,58 € - 2.400 € als Einstiegsgehalt

- je nach Qualifikation ist Überzahlung möglich
