We beginnen de dag met een pre-shift waarin we gezamenlijk de doelstellingen van de dag doornemen om jou en je team optimaal te motiveren. Samen met je team word je ingezet op één van de uitdagende projecten van onze relaties. Faciliteert je binnen één van onze callcenters met een moderne werkplek en de juiste training en begeleiding om je succesvol te maken. In de projecten waarvoor je belt is het doel altijd om commercieel resultaat te behalen. Dit kan zijn door het telefonisch verkopen van abonnementen, contracten of wellicht het maken van afspraken voor één van onze relaties. De relaties zijn landelijk bekend en werken uitsluitend met de beste Callcenter Agents en callcenters. Jij weet in je rol als Callcenter Agent als geen ander een visitekaartje te zijn voor onze klant. Jouw prospects aan de ander kant van de lijn kunnen consumenten zijn, maar ook zakelijke contacten. Ieder gesprek is weer anders en geeft je de mogelijkheid om je te onderscheiden van je collega's. Buiten een goed salaris belonen we onze toppers dan ook graag met extra bonussen, cadeau's en regelmatig een promotie naar een Medior of Senior functie.
