Wir lieben den Dialog zum Kunden und suchen für unser Team Kollegen die Lust haben mit uns weiter zu wachsen. Wir suchen kreative Verkäufer für unser inhouse Kundenservice Center auf Basis von 24 - 40 Stunden pro Woche. Die Arbeitszeiten sind Montags bis Samstags zwischen 8.00 und 20.00 Uhr und am Sonntag zwischen 9.00 und 18.00 Uhr. Alle zwei Wochen wird am Samstag und Sonntag gearbeitet. Dementsprechend ausgleichstage an Wochentage frei. Deine Aufgaben: Telefonischer Verkauf (Inbound); Up-Selling und Cross-Selling; Aufnahme von Bestellungen; Serviceorientierte Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen rund um das Thema Gesundheit; Beschwerdemanagement; Allgemeine Verwaltungstätigkeiten. Welche Fähigkeiten hast du? Du bist ein Verkaufstalent und konntest dies schon mehrfach unter Beweis stellen; Deine Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Motivation zeichnen Dich aus; Du hast Spaß im Umgang mit unseren Kunden (Best-Ager); Du arbeitest eigenständig, verhandlungssicher und abschlussorientiert; Du bist ein Teamplayer mit Spaß am Thema Gesundheit; Du besitzt gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem Computer; Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Dein Profil ab.
