Deine Aufgaben:

* Du bist für unsere Kund_innen da, begrüßt sie freundlich und kümmerst Dich darum, dass ihre Anliegen rasch und unkompliziert gelöst werden, vom ersten Kontakt bis zur fertigen Lösung

* Du gibst ihnen ein gutes Gefühl und hilfst ihnen zum Beispiel bei der Online Registrierung oder bei Fragen zu unseren Angeboten. Wenn Du merkst, dass ein anderes Team weiterhelfen kann, leitest du die Anfrage einfach weiter

* Alles, was besprochen wird, hältst du übersichtlich fest, damit alle den Überblick behalten

* Bei uns zählt echter Service, du musst nichts verkaufen und stehst nicht unter Druck

* Auch das Bearbeiten von E-Mails oder anderen Aufgaben gehört dazu und sorgt für Abwechslung im Arbeitsalltag
