Dan is deze Parttime baan als Callcenter Medewerker in Papendrecht perfect voor jou! Je zult deel uitmaken van een dynamisch team dat verantwoordelijk is voor het leveren van uitstekende klantenservice en ondersteuning aan bestaande en nieuwe klanten. Je werkdagen zijn OF maandag en dinsdag avond OF 1 van beide avonden en de zaterdag overdag. Jij begint vandaag met het nabellen van de leads die binnen zijn gekomen. Fijn, mensen hebben interesse! Jij zorgt dat alles administratief klopt en dat de klant tevreden is, op naar het volgende belletje! Bij de volgende klant neem jij een klanttevredenheidsonderzoek af en daarna bel je voor een enquête. Goed om te weten, je telefoontjes zijn dus niet koud! Mensen kennen het bedrijf al en hebben interesse in meer informatie. Klaar om je communicatieve vaardigheden als Callcenter Medewerker in te zetten en klanten blij te maken? Wat breng je mee - Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift - De motivatie om de telefoon op te pakken en gesprekken aan te gaan met je goede telefoonstem - Beschikbaarheid op de maandag en/of dinsdag avond en/of de zaterdag - Salaris tussen €2500 en €2700 (vanaf 21 jaar, daaronder val je in de jeugdschalen) - De mogelijkheid om wekelijks of 4-wekelijks uitbetaald te krijgen - 25 vakantiedagen - De mogelijkheid tot het volgen van cursussen - Onderdeel van een hecht team - Diverse werknemersvoordelen, zoals dagjes uit - Korting op huishoudelijke apparaten - Mogelijkheid tot persoonlijke ontwikkeling Het is belangrijk dat jij OF minimaal 2 avonden per week (maandag en dinsdag).
