Stel je voor: je start je werkdag met een goede bak koffie, zet je headset op en helpt direct de eerste klant uit de brand. Klinkt goed? Als Callcenter medewerker bij VodafoneZiggo in Groningen ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor abonnees met vragen over hun internet, tv of mobiele abonnement. Geen dag is hetzelfde, want elk gesprek is anders. Jij gebruikt je eigen woorden, luistert naar het verhaal achter de vraag en zorgt ervoor dat de klant met een glimlach ophangt. Ook als iemand een keer zijn dag niet heeft, blijf jij rustig en vriendelijk. Je begint met een betaalde training van 9 weken op het kantoor in Groningen. Hier leer je alles over de systemen en diensten, zodat je vol zelfvertrouwen aan de slag gaat. Heb je de basis onder de knie? Dan ruil je het kantoor moeiteloos 2 tot 3 dagen per week in voor je eigen thuiswerkplek. Takenpakket: - Vragen van klanten beantwoorden via de telefoon, mail en chat. - Administratieve zaken, storingen en bestellingen snel en nauwkeurig verwerken. - Klantgegevens en gemaakte afspraken direct registreren in het systeem. - Signalen oppikken om de service van VodafoneZiggo nóg beter te maken. Je komt terecht in een gezellig en open team waar hard werken en plezier maken hand in hand gaan. Jouw groei staat hier centraal. Via het 'Unlimited Learning'-platform kun je onbeperkt trainingen volgen om jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen en stappen te maken binnen het bedrijf.
