Al meer dan dertig jaar onderhouden zij het contact tussen grote bekende A-merken en hun klanten. Op dit moment werken er zo'n 3500 mensen in Nederland verspreid over 6 verschillende locaties. Functieomschrijving Kom je uit Zoetermeer of ben je bereid hier naar toe te komen? Ga je graag persoonlijk in gesprek met een klant? Ben je minimaal 12 uur per week beschikbaar? Dan hebben wij werk voor jou op de outbound afdeling van het callcenter! Als commercieel medewerker kom je in contact met mensen die al producten van KPN gebruiken. Jouw doel is deze klanten enthousiast te maken voor andere producten of diensten. Dit doe je door in het gesprek de juiste vragen te stellen en zo achter de klantbehoefte te komen. Op basis van die verkregen informatie doe je de klant een passend voorstel. Je zal je tijdens je gesprek met de klant ook actief richten op de klanttevredenheid en ze het WOW-gevoel geven. De werktijden in Zoetermeer zijn flexibel: van maandag t/m zaterdag tussen 17:00 en 21:00 uur. Wij vragen een minimale beschikbaarheid van 12 uur per week en minimaal 1 zaterdag per 3 weken. Functie-eisen Op 16 april start er een nieuwe training (volledig betaald) van 2 weken in Zoetermeer. Wil je daar bij zijn? Reageer dan snel! Om voor deze functie in aanmerking te komen dien je te beschikken over zeer goede communicatieve vaardigheden. Denk hierbij aan communiceren op een commerciële overtuigende maar toch klantvriendelijke manier. Je kunt je inleven in personen en kunt schakelen tussen diverse situaties en vragen van de klant. Daarnaast word je gemotiveerd door het behalen van targets en salesdoelen en beschik je over goede computervaardigheden. Wanneer je aan de slag gaat wordt er een VOG verklaring aangevraagd....
