Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Dit ga je doen Als Callcenter Agent ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die een huurauto willen boeken. Je helpt zowel zakelijke als particuliere klanten met hun reservering en zorgt ervoor dat zij met een goed gevoel hun reis kunnen vervolgen. Daarnaast ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het Nederlandse netwerk van onze vestigingen. Je werkt nauw samen met de verschillende vestigingen en zorgt ervoor dat reserveringen, vragen en klantwensen goed worden afgestemd. Door jouw communicatie en samenwerking zorg je ervoor dat de klant én de vestiging goed geholpen zijn. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het adviseren van klanten over huurauto's, tarieven en mogelijkheden; - Het maken, wijzigen en controleren van reserveringen; - Het beantwoorden van vragen via telefoon, e-mail en chat; - Het helpen van zowel zakelijke als particuliere klanten; - Het verwerken van reserveringen voor binnenlandse en buitenlandse bestemmingen; - Het afstemmen van reserveringen, beschikbaarheid en klantwensen met de lokale vestigingen; - Het meedenken met de klant en zoeken naar een passende oplossing; - Het correct verwerken van klant- en reserveringsgegevens in de systemen; - Het bieden van uitstekende service en zorgen voor een positieve klantbeleving. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene klant weet precies welke auto hij nodig heeft, terwijl de andere klant juist jouw advies nodig heeft om de beste keuze te maken. Tegelijkertijd schakel je regelmatig met collega's op onze vestigingen om ervoor te zorgen dat alles rondom de reservering goed geregeld is.
