Callcenter medewerker inbound 24 - 40 uur per week Tussen €2.850 en €2.890 Per maand Beschrijving Wat ga je precies doen Als klantenservicemedewerker draag je bij aan een prettige ervaring voor zowel particuliere als zakelijke klanten. Je helpt hen met uiteenlopende vragen en uitdagingen, waarbij je jouw communicatieve vaardigheden en oplossingsgerichte aanpak inzet. Je werkt binnen een dynamische omgeving waarin je de ruimte krijgt om zelfstandig oplossingen te bedenken binnen globale kaders. Daarnaast speel je een rol in het verbeteren van processen door waardevolle feedback van klanten te delen. Wat je gaat doen: - Beantwoorden: vragen van klanten via telefoon, e-mail en chat op een professionele en klantvriendelijke manier. - Adviseren: klanten over producten, diensten en duurzame oplossingen die aansluiten bij hun behoeften. - Oplossen: problemen en klachten van klanten door snel en effectief tot een passende oplossing te komen. - Registreren: klantcontacten en oplossingen in het systeem, zodat alles goed wordt vastgelegd. - Bijdragen: aan procesverbeteringen door feedback van klanten te delen met het team.
