Met plezier voer je dagelijks tientallen telefoongesprekken, waarin je reizigers aan antwoorden helpt en hun vervoer van A naar B regelt. Met jouw vriendelijke stem en enthousiasme bezorg je ze een glimlach.

Word je blij van het helpen van anderen en vind je het leuk om ervoor te zorgen dat iedere reiziger zorgeloos van A naar B kan reizen? Als callcenter medewerker ben je de stem van ons bedrijf. Door vriendelijk en professioneel te communiceren, bied je onze reizigers de hulp en antwoorden die ze nodig hebben. Hierdoor bouw je aan het vertrouwen van onze reizigers in ons bedrijf. In deze functie ervaar je dagelijks de voldoening door iedereen van antwoorden te voorzien en/of de beste reiservaring te geven.

Door voor iedereen klaar te staan, heb je vandaag echt het verschil gemaakt. Je hebt een oudere mevrouw geholpen die een taxi naar het ziekenhuis nodig had en een meneer die op bezoek wilde bij zijn zus. Door de ritaanvragen (veelal WMO) nauwkeurig in het boekingssysteem te verwerken, heb je ervoor gezorgd dat je collega's in de taxi de reiziger een fijne rit konden bieden. Ook heb je de vrouw die vraagt waar haar taxi blijft, kunnen geruststellen. De chauffeur stond in de file, maar hij was haar niet vergeten. Door even naar mevrouw te luisteren, heb je haar weer een glimlach bezorgd. Zo draag je bij aan een unieke klantervaring. Munckhof helpt jou om te groeien. Meer over Munckhof Als specialist in personenvervoer en (zaken)reizen, wil Munckhof mobiliteit continu naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Om zo onze klanten een unieke reiservaring te bieden. Van leerlingen, tot zorgcliënten tot aan zakenreizigers. Vanuit 25 locaties in heel Nederland, zorgen we ervoor dat alles tot in de puntjes wordt georganiseerd en uitgevoerd.
