Over het werk Als outbound callcenter medewerker ben jij de stem van de organisatie en speel je een belangrijke rol in het opbouwen en versterken van klantrelaties. Met jouw enthousiasme, overtuigingskracht en klantgerichte instelling weet jij klanten op een prettige manier te informeren over de dienstverlening en creëer je nieuwe commerciële kansen. Geen dag is hetzelfde en juist die dynamiek geeft jou energie. Je werkt in een moderne hybride werkomgeving, waarbij je afwisselend vanuit huis en op kantoor actief bent. De functie is voor 32 tot 36 uur per week van maandag tot en met vrijdag en biedt volop stabiliteit, afwisseling en kansen om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Binnen deze groeiende organisatie staat persoonlijke ontwikkeling centraal. Door middel van trainingen, coaching en begeleiding krijg jij alle ruimte om jouw communicatieve en commerciële vaardigheden verder te versterken en gericht te bouwen aan jouw carrière. Je begint de werkdag met het voorbereiden van je gesprekken en het doornemen van klantinformatie, zodat je goed voorbereid contact opneemt met prospects en bestaande klanten. Dankzij jouw professionele en vriendelijke aanpak verlopen gesprekken soepel, weet je vragen helder te beantwoorden en herken je commerciële kansen op het juiste moment. Samenwerken staat centraal binnen het team. Gedurende de dag spar je met collega's, deel je successen en help je elkaar om gezamenlijke doelstellingen te behalen.
