Geen standaard 9-5 en goed salaris (toeslagen!)). 24 - 32 uur per week Tussen €16,00 en €28,00 per uur Wat ga je doen? De spil in internationale noodhulp Als parttime callcenter medewerker op de alarmcentrale ben jij de rots in de branding bij onverwachte medische gebeurtenissen over de grens. Of een klant nu te maken krijgt met een ziekenhuisopname tijdens een stedentrip of een ingrijpend ongeval in de tropen; jij pakt direct de regie. Met jouw empathische benadering neem je de eerste paniek weg en zet je achter de schermen direct de juiste medische hulpverlening in gang. Jouw takenpakket als telefonisch hulpverlener - Crisis-intake: Je neemt acute noodoproepen aan, stelt patiënten of familieleden gerust en achterhaalt de exacte medische situatie. - Medische triage: Je verzamelt medische gegevens (zoals diagnoses van buitenlandse artsen) en legt deze voor aan het medische team op de vloer. - Logistieke organisatie: Je organiseert in overleg met de artsen de repatriëring (ambulance, reguliere vlucht of medische vlucht) terug naar Nederland. - Administratieve log: Je zorgt voor een heldere, beknopte registratie van de gemaakte afspraken en de status in het centrale klantdossier. Jouw werkplek op de meldkamer Je versterkt de afdeling Reis & Zorg in Deventer. Dit is een professionele omgeving waar scherpte, menselijke warmte en daadkracht samenkomen. Het team bestaat uit gedreven hulpverleners en medische professionals (artsen en verpleegkundigen) die nauw met elkaar sparren.
