Als parttime Callcenter Medewerker ROS in Deventer ben jij de administratieve regisseur die overzicht schept in de chaos. Jij zorgt dat schademeldingen haarscherp worden vastgelegd, dat gedupeerden worden ontzorgd én dat de administratieve afhandeling richting verzekeraars vlekkeloos verlopen. Structuur, dossierbeheer en strakke coördinatie Je werkdag is een dynamische mix van logistiek schakelen en inhoudelijk dossierbeheer: - Dossieropbouw: Je verwerkt technische schademeldingen, controleert polisvoorwaarden en bouwt een waterdicht dossier op. - Schadebeheersing: Je coördineert de directe inzet van aannemers, loodgieters en de stichting Salvage bij brand- of stormschade. - Financiële afhandeling: Je controleert en verwerkt offertes en rapportages van herstelbedrijven voor de verzekeraar of vastgoedbeheerder. - Procesbewaking: Je monitort het complete hersteltraject en borgt dat elke gemaakte afspraak stipt wordt nagekomen. Je komt te werken in een hecht, gestructureerd team waar nauwkeurigheid en een no-nonsense mentaliteit hoog in het vaandel staan. Flexibel parttime werken en 24/7 toeslagen Je start op een flexibel parttime contract (bijvoorbeeld 16 tot 32 uur per week).
