Heb je ervaring met outbound bellen naar klanten en prospecten en voel je je helemaal comfortabel aan de telefoon? Woon je bovendien in de grensregio van België met Nederland? Lees dan snel verder!

Voor een bedrijf dat professionele EHBO diensten en producten levert aan meer dan 375 000 bedrijven en instellingen in de Benelux en Duitsland zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren afsprakenplanners outbound. Na een intensieve opleiding in Tilburg (3 weken op hotel in Tilburg) kan je van thuis uit werken.

Als afsprakenplanner ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het telefonisch leggen van contacten met zelfstandigen en bedrijven in Nederland.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Je neemt actief telefonisch contact op met bestaande en potentiële klanten in Nederland
  • Je plant afspraken in voor de vertegenwoordigers
  • Je overtuigt prospecten op een professionele en enthousiaste manier om een afspraak te maken
  • Je zorgt voor een kwalitatieve agenda en denkt mee over de beste planning
  • Je werkt regio per regio en krijgt hiervoor de nodige tools en ondersteuning
  • Je registreert en beheert klantgegevens nauwkeurig
  • Je werkt sterk resultaatgericht en houdt ervan om goede resultaten en scoringspercentages neer te zetten
  • Je zorgt telkens voor een professionele eerste indruk bij de klant
  • Dit is een zeer callgerichte functie. Je maakt gemiddeld 200 à 250 telefonische contacten per dag, met als doel om dagelijks minimaal 10 à 12 kwalitatieve afspraken vast te leggen
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met outbound telefonisch contact
  • Je bent vertrouwd met actief bellen naar klanten en prospecten
  • Je woont in de grensregio van België met Nederland
  • Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend algemeen Nederlands en voelt de Nederlandse doelgroep goed aan
  • Je beschikt thuis over een aparte, professionele en goed uitgeruste werkruimte waar je ongestoord kan werken
  • Je bent bereid om minimaal 4 dagen per week te werken (8u30-17u)
