Binnen Loodgieter.nl kan de afdeling planning worden gezien als het 'hart' van de zaak. Hier komen alle telefonische en internet aanvragen van klanten binnen en worden zoveel mogelijk afspraken gemaakt met onze loodgieters. Binnen de afdeling werken wij samen als een goed team en in nauw overleg met de gehele organisatie en onze loodgieters. Op deze manier kunnen wij zoveel mogelijk klanten van dienst zijn en voorzien van een adequate en professionele service. Zodat wij onze klanten kunnen vasthouden en behouden en steeds meer een goede naamsbekendheid kunnen opbouwen. Het is zaak dat er vlot en efficiënt wordt gewerkt en dat alle systemen continu worden bijgewerkt. Elke werkdag is een nieuwe uitdaging! En wat moet ik doen? Wij zijn ter versterking van ons team per direct op zoek naar een leuke, gezellige en flexibele collega, voor de functie van Medewerker Klantenservice/Planning bij ons hoofdkantoor in Zevenhuizen. Onder de werkzaamheden vallen o.a. het plannen van afspraken, telefonisch adviseren, goede relatie opbouwen met onze partners en werk aan de website. Je probeert klanten zo goed mogelijk te helpen door een afspraak voor ze te regelen en de loodgieter zo goed mogelijk te helpen door het probleem van de klant in kaart te brengen. "Ja maar,…..ik ben helemaal niet technisch" horen we je denken. Nou dat komt mooi uit, want dat hoeft niet. Als je maar wil leren en begrijpt dat loodgieter zijn een echt vak is en je niet alles hoeft te weten! Wij zoeken in onze nieuwe tijger - 24 uur per week op vaste dagen maandag, dinsdag en vrijdag (uren en dagen helaas niet bespreekbaar) - Woonachtig in regio Zevenhuizen; - Leergierig; - Service en klantger...
