Dan is dit jouw kans! Je gaat aan de slag met TopSolid en speelt een belangrijke rol in de verdere automatisering van een modern machinepark met draai-, frees- en multitaskingmachines. Ervaring is dus mooi meegenomen, maar de juiste technische basis en motivatie om het vak te leren zijn minstens zo belangrijk! Functieomschrijving Wat ga je doen? Als CAM-programmeur speel je een belangrijke rol in het moderniseren en automatiseren van het machinepark. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Opzetten van een duidelijke en uniforme CAM-werkwijze. - TopSolid stap voor stap implementeren en operationeel maken voor verschillende machines. - Nauw samenwerken met Engineering en andere afdelingen. - Programmeren en optimaliseren van draai-, frees- en multitaskingmachines. - Meedenken over de verdere modernisering en automatisering van de productieomgeving. - Verbeteren van de efficiëntie van machines en productieprocessen. - Signaleren en aandragen van technische en procesmatige verbeteringen. Functievereisten Wat neem je mee? - Meerdere jaren ervaring binnen de verspaning, bijvoorbeeld met CNC-frezen en/of draaien. - Goede kennis van fijnmechanische en verspanende technieken. - Sterk technisch en analytisch inzicht en het vermogen om problemen zelfstandig op te lossen. - Goede computervaardigheden en interesse in automatisering en CAM-programmering. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal en een echte teamspelersmentaliteit.
