Als Camera & Access control specialist neem je onderstaande taken voor jouw rekening:

  • Verzorgen van server installaties voor Video Management Software, inclusief onderhouden en upgrades
  • Opzetten van platform integraties binnen het netwerk van onze klanten
  • Ondersteunen van klant specifieke integraties o.b.v. API’s / SDK’s van onze product leveranciers.
  • Opzetten van WIFI netwerken bij de klant.
  • Meewerken aan onze IT optimalisaties en automatisering, waarbij je ook in contact staat met externe IT partners en leveranciers.
  • Participeren in onze Remote support desk:
  • Proactieve monitoring van IP-gestuurde klantensystemen.
  • Interveniëren bij problemen met IP camera’s, AI videosystemen, toegangscontrolesystemen etc.
  • Ondersteunen van collega’s on site.

Wie ben jij als Camera & Access control specialist?

  • Je genoot een IT-gerichte opleiding waarbij o.a. netwerk- en serverbeheer aan bod kwam;
  • Ervaring binnen de beveiligingssector is een groot pluspunt;
  • Je bent gedreven om bij te leren over onze sector en onze producten;
  • Oplossingsgericht handelen, proactiviteit en zin voor verantwoordelijkheid typeren jou;
  • Je bent Nederlandstalig en communiceert vlot met klanten en collega’s;
  • Je combineert graag teamwork met de nodige zelfstandigheid;
  • Je bent bestendig tegen een gezonde dosis stress.
