Zilvervogel Reninge zoekt een voltijdse campusdirecteur.

Een greep uit het uitdagend takenpakket • Je werkt als lid van het directiecomité van Zilvervogel de algemene beleidslijnen binnen Zilvervogel mee uit en je staat in voor de uitvoering ervan binnen Zilvervogel Reninge.

• Als campusdirecteur ben je, samen met jouw team, verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse leiding van het woonzorgcentrum (voor ouderen met een fysische zorgvraag, ouderen met dementie en ouderen met een psychische kwetsbaarheid), het centrum voor kortverblijf, het centrum voor dagverzorging en het lokaal dienstencentrum.

• Je hebt de verantwoordelijkheid jouw team te coachen, te motiveren, bij te sturen, te begeleiden en samen de uitdagingen van de toekomst aan te gaan.

• Je staat in voor een positieve profilering van Zilvervogel in de regio en in de lokale gemeenschap. Het is dan ook belangrijk om actief een netwerk uit te bouwen / te onderhouden met plaatselijke en regionale actoren en op de hoogte te zijn van de evoluties in de sector.

• Je bezit een masterdiploma met minimum 3 jaar leidinggevende ervaring (incl. ervaring in de zorgsector) OF een bachelordiploma met minimum 5 jaar leidinggevende ervaring (incl. ervaring in de zorgsector)

• Je hebt een hart voor ouderen en kan op een inspirerende manier jouw team coachen en aansturen

• Je combineert moeiteloos strategisch inzicht met organisatorisch talent

• Je bent sterk in het uitwerken en coachen van veranderingstrajecten in samenwerking met het team, bijv. vernieuwen van een volledige woonvorm, kwaliteitsontwikkeling, teamorganisatie, ...

• Je werkt vlot met de courante IT-toepassingen. Ervaring m.b.t. financiering en personeelsnormen in de ouderenzorg is een plus

• Je onderhoudt contacten met bewoners, familie, medewerkers, de buurt en andere organisaties waardoor Zilvervogel Reninge een open huis is

• Je bent vertrouwd met de regio
