Radboud Universiteit logo - Campuspsycholoog Dienstverband 0,4 fte Als campuspsycholoog bij de Radboud Universiteit maak jij het verschil voor medewerkers die te maken hebben met stress, werkdruk of andere psychosociale uitdagingen. Jij biedt niet alleen individuele begeleiding, maar denkt actief mee over hoe de Radboud Universiteit welzijn en preventie van uitval structureel kan versterken. Ben jij een gedreven psycholoog die zijn of haar kennis en ervaring wil inzetten in een academische omgeving? Dan nodigen wij je uit te solliciteren. Als campuspsycholoog bied jij (internationale) medewerkers psychologische begeleiding bij thema's als welzijn, stress, gezondheid en werkdruk. Je adviseert en begeleidt de medewerkers in relatief kortdurende trajecten, zodat zij vaardigheden om op een veerkrachtige en gezonde manier om te gaan met psychische klachten, leren ontwikkelen. De klachten worden (deels) veroorzaakt door factoren op het werk. Naast complexe problematiek, zijn veelvoorkomende begeleidingsdoelen het verminderen/omgaan met stress, angst, neerslachtigheid en het vergroten van zelfinzicht. Binnen deze functie werk je nauw samen met je collega-campuspsychologen aan de uitvoering, evaluatie en doorontwikkeling van de dienstverlening. Hierin richten we ons op zowel curatie als preventie. Je signaleert patronen in de begeleiding en vertaalt deze naar waardevolle inzichten voor de dienstverlening of beleid. Je werkt actief samen met teams en collega's zoals vertrouwenspersonen, coaches, de ombudsfunctionaris, HR-(beleids)adviseurs, en de arbodienst. Vanuit jouw professionele expertise lever je daarin ook een actieve bijdrage aan een preventieve aanpak, gericht op het vroegtijdig signaleren van risico's, het terugdringen van uitval en het structureel verbeteren van welzijn binnen de Radboud Universiteit.
