The posting

Je bent het dagelijkse aanspreekpunt voor de artsen en medewerkers van jouw campus. Je bewaart het overzicht over de medische, administratieve en praktische werking en stuurt bij waar nodig. Je zorgt voor duidelijke afspraken, vertaalt beleidsbeslissingen naar de dagelijkse werking en waakt over een professionele dienstverlening aan onze patiënten.

· Je stuurt de medisch secretaresses en, waar van toepassing, de technische en onderhoudsmedewerkers van de campus dagelijks aan. Minstens tweemaal per jaar organiseer je een teamoverleg.

· Je organiseert de baliewerking en bewaakt een vlotte patiëntenstroom en kwalitatieve dienstverlening.

· Je beheert de consultatieagenda’s van de campus en voert waar nodig ad-hocaanpassingen door.

· Je coördineert de praktische en logistieke werking, waaronder onderhoud, herstellingen, leveringen, schoonmaak en kleine routinebestellingen.

· Je volgt de onderhoudsdata van medische toestellen op en plant tijdig onderhoud of herstellingen in.

· Je neemt IT- en telefonieproblemen op met de juiste interne of externe partner en volgt deze op tot een oplossing is bereikt.

· Je begeleidt nieuwe medewerkers bij hun opstart en opleiding in jouw praktijk.

· Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding, bij voorkeur in medical management assistant, healthcare management, office management of een vergelijkbare richting. Een gelijkwaardig niveau door relevante ervaring in een medische praktijk- of zorgomgeving komt eveneens in aanmerking.

· Je hebt ervaring in een medisch-administratieve of zorgomgeving. Ervaring in een oogartsenpraktijk is een pluspunt.

· Je hebt bij voorkeur al ervaring met het coördineren of aansturen van medewerkers.

· Je communiceert helder, luistert actief en werkt vlot samen met artsen en collega’s.

· Je bent empathisch en toegankelijk, maar durft ook beslissingen te nemen en medewerkers aan te spreken.

· Je bent flexibel qua uurrooster volgens de noden van jouw praktijk. De werkuren liggen tussen 7u30 en 18u30.

· Je werkt planmatig en georganiseerd en behoudt het overzicht wanneer verschillende vragen tegelijk op je afkomen.

· Je neemt initiatief, denkt oplossingsgericht en volgt afspraken en problemen consequent op.

· Je hebt een goede kennis van courante IT-toepassingen en leert nieuwe systemen snel kennen.

· Je spreekt en schrijft zeer goed Nederlands. Kennis van Frans en Engels is een pluspunt.
