Het hotel is trots op haar vier restaurants, die allen zijn gewaardeerd door Michelin. Ciel Bleu heeft twee Michelinsterren, de Japanse restaurants Yamazato en Sazanka hebben één Michelinster en Serre Restaurant een Bib Gourmand. Verder beschikt het hotel over 2 bars, 19 congresruimtes, Nagomi Spa & Health, een Executive Lounge, een kookstudio Taste of Okura en een Wine Room.
