DEIN AUFGABENGEBIET * Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Kantinenstandorte im Großraum Linz inklusive regelmäßiger Standortbesuche und Qualitätskontrollen * Zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen und Partnerstandorte sowie Teilnahme an regelmäßigen Jour-fixes und Abstimmungsgesprächen * Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Kantinenkonzepte sowie Begleitung von Projekten und Standorteröffnungen * Laufende Optimierung bestehender Abläufe, Standards und Handbücher * Kaufmännische Verantwortung für die Kantinenstandorte inklusive Monatsabrechnungen, Rechnungsprüfung und -freigabe sowie Pflege relevanter Kennzahlen und Dokumentationen * Verwaltung und Pflege unserer Kassen- und Vorbestellsysteme sowie Erstellung und Pflege von Menü- und Wochenplänen * Organisation von Bestellungen über unser Warenwirtschaftssystem * Durchführung und Kontrolle der monatlichen Inventuren * Führung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter:innen sowie Verantwortung für Dienst-, Urlaubs- und Einsatzplanung * Durchführung von Bewerbungsgesprächen und Onboarding von neuen Mitarbeiter:innen * Koordination personalrelevanter Unterlagen und Informationen mit den zuständigen internen Stellen * Organisation von Schulungen und Unterweisungen sowie Sicherstellung unserer Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und HACCP-Standards

DAS BRINGST DU MIT * Erfahrung in der Gastronomie, Hotellerie, Gemeinschaftsverpflegung oder einer vergleichbaren Position * Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise * Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Führungskompetenz und ein gutes Gespür für Menschen * Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude am persönlichen Austausch mit Mitarbeiter:innen, Kund:innen und Partnern * Kaufmännisches Verständnis und Zahlenaffinität * Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie gutes Verständnis für digitale Systeme und Anwendungen * Bereitschaft zur regelmäßigen Betreuung unserer unterschiedlichen Standorte * Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Führerschein B und eigener PKW erforderlich
