Bij Guidion draait alles om het blij maken van onze klanten, maar dat lukt alleen als de planning als een geoliede machine draait. Jij brengt de nodige rust en structuur aan in onze hectische dagelijkse dynamiek, terwijl je moeiteloos schakelt tussen verschillende afdelingen en partners. Als Capaciteit Medewerker ben jij het kloppend hart van ons netwerk en zorg je op weekbasis voor een waterdichte planning voor zowel installatie- als storingsbezoeken. Je staat dagelijks in nauw contact met onze monteurs en externe partners, waarbij je vragen beantwoordt en direct schakelt als er vervanging nodig is. Door het monitoren van issuelijsten en expert skills spot jij knelpunten voordat ze een probleem worden en bedenk je slimme, structurele oplossingen. Dankzij jouw overzicht en snelle handelen weet ons landelijke netwerk van monteurs elke dag weer strak op tijd bij de klant op de stoep te staan. Wat ga je doen - Maken van de weekplanning voor monteurs voor installatie- en storingsbezoeken; - Beheren van de mailbox en beantwoorden van telefoontjes van monteurs met vragen over hun planning; - Onderhouden van contact met partners voor het snel en efficiënt vervangen van uitgevallen monteurs; - Schakelen tussen verschillende interne afdelingen om geplande werkzaamheden tijdig uit te voeren; - Monitoren van de issuelijst op dagelijkse basis om procesverstoringen direct op te vangen; - Analyseren en monitoren van de expert skill op maandelijkse basis; - Bedenken van structurele en creatieve oplossingen voor (regionale) knelpunten.
