Als Capaciteitsmanager Planning zorg jij ervoor dat vraag en capaciteit met elkaar in balans zijn. Je kijkt vooruit naar het aanbod van kinderen, vertaalt dit naar de benodigde personele capaciteit en zorgt er samen met jouw team voor dat onze locaties optimaal bezet zijn én blijven. Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan onze afdeling Clusterplanning en bouwt verder aan een professioneel, deskundig en resultaatgericht team. Een functie waarin je zichtbaar verschil maakt in de dagelijkse praktijk én richting geeft aan de toekomst van Spring. Als Capaciteitsmanager Planning ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de clusterplanners en de verdere professionalisering van de afdeling. Je geeft richting, brengt structuur en zorgt voor duidelijke kaders en een uniforme werkwijze. Samen met je team zorg je voor een optimale personele bezetting van onze locaties. Je weet wat er vandaag nodig is, maar kijkt vooral ook naar wat er morgen en overmorgen op ons afkomt. Je anticipeert op het huidige en toekomstige aanbod van kinderen en vertaalt ontwikkelingen in kind planning, bezetting, wachtlijsten en formatie naar een passende personele bemensing. Je brengt knelpunten en risico's tijdig in beeld en zorgt dat we kunnen bijsturen voordat problemen...
