Capaciteitsplanner € 2.681,- tot € 3.684,- 28 uur MBO Maastricht Samen Spelen Kinderopvang Zie jij de puzzel voordat hij een probleem wordt? Bij Samen Spelen zorgen we iedere dag voor goede opvang voor kinderen op onze kinderdagverblijven, peuteropvanglocaties en BSO's in Maastricht. Dat doen we met ongeveer 110 pedagogisch medewerkers, verspreid over verschillende locaties. Om iedere dag de juiste mensen op de juiste plek te hebben, zoeken we een capaciteitsplanner voor 28 uur per week. Als capaciteitsplanner houd jij overzicht over onze personele capaciteit voor vandaag, volgende week én de komende maanden. Je ziet waar ruimte ontstaat, waar het krap wordt en waar een incidenteel probleem langzaam een structureel probleem dreigt te worden. Wat ga je doen? Je vormt het centrale punt voor de inzet van onze pedagogisch medewerkers. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met onze locatiemanagers, HR en andere collega's die betrokken zijn bij het maken van de werkroosters. Een deel van je werk speelt zich af in het hier en nu. Wanneer een medewerker zich ziek meldt, kijk jij welke mogelijkheden er zijn om de bezetting goed te organiseren. Je kijkt naar beschikbare boventallige medewerkers, BBL'ers, de actuele kindbezetting en mogelijkheden binnen en tussen locaties. Daarbij houd je rekening met alle eisen die binnen de kinderopvang gelden, bijvoorbeeld rondom kwalificaties, vaste gezichten, aanvullende certificaten en de inzet op babygroepen. Maar minstens zo belangrijk is dat je vooruitkijkt. Je houdt zicht op de personele capaciteit voor de komende weken en ziet bijvoorbeeld dat verlof, langdurig verzuim, groei van een groep of het vertrek van een medewerker straks tot een tekort gaat leiden. Je signaleert dit op tijd en bespreekt het met de verantwoordelijke locatiemanager en HR. Wat hoort bij jouw werk?
