Als Capaciteitsplanner zorg je dat technici op het juiste moment op de juiste projecten worden ingezet. Je werkt binnen een grote technische organisatie aan uiteenlopende energieprojecten door heel Nederland. Daarbij krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid, schakel je met verschillende disciplines en ben je regelmatig op projectlocaties te vinden. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Jij houdt overzicht over mensen, projecten en capaciteit en zorgt dat de personeelsplanning altijd aansluit op wat er buiten nodig is. - Opstellen en bewaken van capaciteitsplanningen voor verschillende energieprojecten. - Afstemmen met projectleiders en collega's over de benodigde personeelsbezetting. - Actueel houden van de beschikbaarheid en inzetbaarheid van medewerkers. - Organiseren van externe capaciteit wanneer de interne bezetting niet toereikend is. - Regelmatig bezoeken van projectlocaties om contact te houden met medewerkers en inzicht te krijgen in wat er speelt. Bedrijfsprofiel Je gaat aan de slag binnen de energiedivisie van een grote Nederlandse technische dienstverlener met meer dan 2.700 medewerkers. De organisatie werkt aan het onderhouden, verduurzamen en uitbreiden van technische installaties en energievoorzieningen door heel Nederland. Van grote industriële gebieden tot energieprojecten in het noorden van het land: de projecten hebben zichtbare impact op de Nederlandse energie-infrastructuur.
