Binnen de organisatie werken commercie, productie, logistiek, kwaliteit en planning nauw samen. Door de dynamiek van de versmarkt verandert de vraag regelmatig. Daarom is een betrouwbare en goed onderbouwde capaciteitsplanning essentieel. De productieplanning is volop in ontwikkeling. Om meer structuur, voorspelbaarheid en rust te creëren, zoeken wij een ervaren en vooruitkijkende Capaciteitsplanner De functie Als Capaciteitsplanner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het inzichtelijk maken en optimaliseren van de toekomstige capaciteitsbehoefte. Je analyseert ontwikkelingen in de vraag en vertaalt deze naar een realistische capaciteitsplanning. Met forecasting, demand planning en data-analyse breng je mogelijke knelpunten tijdig in beeld en werk je scenario's uit om hierop te anticiperen. Je verbindt commercie en productie en zorgt voor een goede balans tussen commerciële wensen en beschikbare capaciteit. Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan het verder professionaliseren van het planningsproces. Je brengt structuur aan, signaleert verbeterpunten en ontwikkelt processen en procedures. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden - Opstellen en onderhouden van capaciteitsplanningen op korte, middellange en lange termijn. - Vertalen van forecasts en klantvraag naar benodigde productiecapaciteit. - Analyseren van data en signaleren van trends en capaciteitsknelpunten. - Maken van scenario's en proactief aandragen van oplossingen. - Afstemmen van capaciteitsbehoefte met commercie en productie. - Managen van verwachtingen tussen interne stakeholders. - Zorgen voor meer structuur, voorspelbaarheid en rust in het planningsproces. - Optimaliseren van processen en procedures rondom ...
