Jij gaat het maken Als capaciteitsplanner ben je verantwoordelijk voor de personeelsinzet op onze diverse projecten. Hierbij heb je contact met relevante stakeholders zoals de operationeel directuer van Landelijke Projecten, Projectleiders/(Hoofd)uitvoerders, externe leveranciers en andere planners binnen Croonwolter&dros. De werkzaamheden: - Je stelt capaciteitsplanningen op voor interne en externe medewerkers en optimaliseert de inzet over projecten en afdelingen. - Je signaleert tijdig over- en ondercapaciteit en rapporteert hierover. - Je neemt actief deel aan project-overleggen met commercie, operatie en andere planners. - Je bewaakt de plannings- en inleenadministratie en zorgt voor correcte documentatie en registratie. - Je zet aanvragen voor externe medewerkers uit, bewaakt contractafspraken en zorgt dat alle wettelijke vereisten zijn geborgd. - Je ondersteunt bij kostenbewaking en levert optimalisatievoorstellen aan voor personeelsplanning. - Je signaleert risico's, afwijkingen en kansen in de inzet van medewerkers en stemt deze af met verantwoordelijken. - Je draagt bij aan loopbaan- en scholingstrajecten door signalen over inzetbaarheid en ontwikkeling te delen. - Je borgt veiligheid door naleving van richtlijnen en stimuleert veil...
